Competition rules “NN Marathon Spin The Wheel”
Article 1: Organizer
Sportizon bv, with registered office at 1800 Vilvoorde, Radiatorenstraat 23, BTW BE48 0014 0608 5627, is organizing the "NN Marathon Spin The Wheel" competition from April 8, 2022 to April 9, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
Participation in the competition is free and implies acceptance of these rules.
The organizer reserves the right to change these rules at any time and to suspend or cancel the competition due to force majeure. To the extent possible, participants will be notified of such changes.
The organizer cannot be held liable for changes, suspension or cancellation. The participants cannot claim compensation.
Article 2: Participants
The competition is only aimed at natural persons, who are of legal age and who are legally competent.
Are excluded from the competition; all employees of the organizer and their family members. For the purposes of this competition, "family" means all persons living at the same address.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who do not comply with the conditions of these regulations, who have not complied with the conditions of these regulations or in case of abuse, deception or fraudulent manipulation of the system.
The participants must be able to prove their identity and age at all times.
Winners who do not meet these conditions will be refused the award.
Article 3: Method of participation
Participation in the competition is free and without any obligation.
You can only participate in the “NN Marathon Spin The Wheel” competition via the totems at this event.
No entry, even earlier, sent by post or any other means of communication will be eligible for the award.
To enter the competition, follow these steps:
Play on 1 of the totems at this event
When registering, fill in the following information (first name, last name, gender, email address)
Spin the “Spin The Wheel” game
If the "Spin The Wheel" game and prize is the outcome, this will be handed over by the host(ess) on site.
Entries in the competition must be registered on the totems between April 8, 2022 and April 9, 2022 at 8:00 PM.
The date and time of receipt of the entries by Sportizon, as registered via this web page, have probative value.
The participation will only be validated once the organizer has received all the personal data of the participant and the registration of pressing the button of the “Spin The Wheel” game.
All costs for participation in the competition (telephone, internet connection, ...) are fully borne by the participant, who can under no circumstances reclaim them from the organizer.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for technical problems with the website www.sportizon.be
Participation using another program as well as any modification/adjustment of the latter by the participant is prohibited and leads to exclusion, and possibly to legal proceedings for copyright infringement.
Sportizon may cancel or cancel the participation of one or more participants if they behave suspiciously. This 'suspicious behaviour' can be (non-exhaustive list): setting up an automated response system; the connection of several people and different IT systems on the basis of the same identification/registered profile; an extraordinary winning rhythm; an attempt to access the organizer's servers; etc.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the provisions of these Rules or in the event of an attempt to commit fraud or cheating, the prize awarded under these Rules will be reintroduced. The winner will then no longer be able to claim any prize of any type and nature. The organizers also reserve the right to exclude participants who have committed fraud or attempted to circumvent the regulations.
Article 4: Number of participations
Each participant (natural person) can participate 1 (once) during the length of the “NN Marathon Spin The Wheel” competition.
Article 5: Winners
The prizes of the competition depend on the outcome of the "Spin the Wheel" game.
The winners are those who signed up and won one of the listed prizes when spinning the “Spin The Wheel” game.
A participant can only win once and only one prize can be awarded per family. For the purposes of this competition, "family" means all persons living at the same address.
The Promoter's decision regarding the determination of the winner is irrevocable and final.
Article 6: Price
The prize of the competition depends on the outcome of the “Spin The Wheel” game
Prize 1: a gadget (depending on the stock on the day of the event)
Prize 2: Marathon & Safari Trip
Prize 3: Nike Team Kenya Multiplier Running Socks
Prize 4: Nike Team Kenya Marathoner Running Jacket
Prize 5: various consolation prizes
The prize awarded cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
Should the organizer have any doubts about the identity of the entrants, it reserves the right to request confirmation of the winner's notification of the winner.
The prizes are handed over by the host(ess) on site.
Under no circumstances can the organizer be held liable for direct or indirect damage of any kind resulting from participation in this competition and the awarding of the prizes.
Since the determination of the winners will be made exclusively on the basis of an IT procedure, the participants are aware and accept that the organizer cannot be held liable for any network breakdown, loss, delay or technical failure caused by the internet or by the technical service providers involved in the transmission of the forms and the hosting of the website.

Article 8: Complaints
Any complaint about this competition must be sent in writing, at the latest within 7 working days after the closing of the competition, to the following address, by post or e-mail:

Any complaint sent outside this period will not be considered.
The organizer takes the greatest care in the organization of this competition. However, it is possible that the information reproduced or provided is incomplete or incorrect. Any inaccuracies, spelling errors or other similar errors on the Sportizon website or other (promotional) material made public by Sportizon, of whatever nature, cannot be used against Sportizon, nor can they give rise to any obligation for Sportizon.
The aforementioned exclusions of liability of Sportizon are also valid for the personnel acting for the organizer and for third parties who intervene.
Article 9: Personal data
By entering the competition, the participant agrees that his personal data (first name, surname, gender, year of birth, address, e-mail address) will be processed by Sportizon bv, with registered office in 1800 Vilvoorde, the controller in accordance with the privacy law and the organizer's privacy statement available on the website www.sportizon.be.
The data communicated by the entrant will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize to the winners. The participant is obliged to provide the above information in order to participate in the competition. If not, Sportizon must refuse participation.
The data will not be passed on to third parties.
The data of the participants will be kept for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the competition. The winners' data will be kept for a maximum of 30 days after the handing over, execution or validity of the prize.
The winner gives permission to publish his personal data (surname, first name) on the website of the organizer.
Each participant has the right, within the limits of the regulations, to consult, have their personal data corrected, transferred, limited and/or deleted, and this on simple written, dated and signed request, accompanied by a document. that confirms his identity (copy of his identity card, passport or a similar document on which he can delete data that are not relevant to verify his identity as a data subject). The participant may also indicate on this document the name of the organizer, the date and the purpose of his request, so that it cannot be used for other purposes later), sent by post or email to the organizer at the following address :

Article 10: Applicable law
These regulations are governed by Belgian law and will be interpreted or implemented in accordance with Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise from this competition, or from the interpretation or application of these rules.
